What if I am under ZoomLynx residential plan and have multiple usernames with dial-up service?
Innernet accounts include only one username with dial-up access and additional usernames are email only. During the transition the first username created by ZoomLynx under the account will have dial-up privileges with Innernet. The remaining usernames will be email only. You may change this arrangement by calling Innernet's customer care after the transition is complete, call 717-261-1960 or 800-467-3271.

Innernet bills for simultaneous logins on an account. This means that multiple users dialing into the same account, at the same time will incur additional charges. The simultaneous usage charges are in addition to any other charges in effect for your account. Please note that you are responsible for recognizing when more than one person is logged in at the same time with the same username.
